Chef Lyndsay Caldwell Palmer and her husband, Daniel. opened Lyndsay's in July 2016 just off the downtown square in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Lyndsay graduated from Texas Tech in 2003 and the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY in 2009. Lyndsay has spent time working in cities across the country for magazines, restaurants, and private clubs. We at Lyndsay's believe in the integrity of food and strive to make dishes with intention and from scratch, letting the fresh ingredients speak for themselves. Lyndsay's sources as many ingredients as possible from local farmers as well as from their own garden. We want our guests to leave satisfied but above all, nourished.
